6 Months Old

Joseph turned 6 months old on Thursday. He weighs 16 lbs 4-1/2 oz. and height is 25-3/4". He just keeps getting cuter by the day. He is almost sitting on his own...he's so close. And is already trying to crawl...he more or less scoots on his tummy a few inches before he gives up. He just needs to strengthen his back muscle and off he will be. I started veggies today and he hates it...hopefully it will get better. Well nothing else exciting for now.

5-1/2 Months

This week he finally rolled over, I was so excited. And now he is trying to scoot on his belly to grab toys or his beloved paci, I know it's only a matter of time before he starts crawling. I set him one way on the floor or in his crib and the next thing I know he has moved to the other side. Joseph tried oatmeal for the 1st time today and I think he likes a lot better than the rice cereal. He goes for his 6th month checkup on the 24th. He is growing up too fast.

5 Months

Joseph is 5 months and 2 weeks now. He surprises me everyday with something new. He is picking up toys off the ground and picking up his paci now. If I could only get him to pick it up when he is in the crib. Almost sitting up all on his own...he can do for a few seconds. And he can almost rollover he is just being very lazy about that...today he was all the way on his side and then he gave up he just has no interest it seems...I give him a couple more days. Anyway that's all for now...
